DON DORANS

1912 - 1999

Don Dorans was one of the most respected men in modern British bodybuilding. The winner of the Mr. Britan contest in 1943 and later in Mr Universe contests he went on to become a personal trainer to many major physique champions and also created innovative developments in training apparatus.

He also marketed his own bodybuilding course which was highly successful and was a regular contributor to Health & Strength Magazine.
