Progressive Home Physical Training by Tony Sansone

This extremely rare course was copyright in the mid 30s. This particular copy, dated 1936, which time has not been very kind to, was autographed by Sansone to its purchaser in October 1944.

Apart from being ravaged by bookworm (the holes having been airbrushed out after scanning) the illustrations to this course, numbering 100, all posed by Sansone, have gone missing, leaving just the text. It has been included not only because of its rarity but because of its importance to Body Building training history and also, as the text is very detailed, it can almost stand alone without illustration. Perhaps one day they'll turn up!
